  4. Fold it again in thirds two times, now having one long rectangle in front of you, with the fan tunnel on the other end.
  5. Place tethers used at the first step underneath the end with the fan tunnel. 
  6. Start rolling the inflatable tightly from the opposite end.
  7. Locate tethers and lay them down underneath the end of the tunnel with the fan tunnel, then start to tightly roll your tunnel.
  8. By this time, you can tightly roll your inflatable with tethers underneath.
  9. Tie the arch and put it back inside the bag.
