If Pantone colors are not provided, we cannot guarantee that the color will be as desired. As such, we will not warranty a product based on color dissatisfaction if a Pantone color was not provided.

Strike Visuals is proud to offer the only lifetime warranty in the industry for frames and hardware. We’ll cover any parts, we only ask that you cover shipping. We offer a 1-time warranty reprint of printed goods in case of fading or damage, and a 1-time repair/replacement of damaged accessories, such as rolling tent bags.

(Note: 30 mm tent frames, 300D and 400D tent fabrics, and umbrella frames and fabric are not covered by warranty. You may purchase replacement parts for these items.)

Do not throw away damaged items. In order to process a warranty claim, we require photos of all damaged products. Strike’s Warranty Specialist will determine the severity of the damage, and whether it requires repair or replacement.

All shipping costs for warranty items must be paid prior to shipment.
