Standard production time is 8-10 business days, not including ship time. Rush options available.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Strike Visuals is proud to offer the only lifetime warranty in the industry for frames and hardware. We’ll cover any parts, we only ask that you cover shipping. We offer a 1-time warranty reprint of printed goods in case of fading or damage, a 1-time repair/replacement of damaged inflatables, and a 1-time repair/replacement of damaged accessories, such as rolling tent bags, power cords, and other ancillary items. How long will the printed graphics last?
With proper care, Strike printed fabric graphics maintain vibrant color for 3-5+ years of regular use. Dye sublimation printing bonds the ink directly into the fabric fibers, so colors won't peel, crack, or fade as quickly as surface-printed alternatives.
Can I order replacement parts for my existing frame?
Yes. Replacement fabrics or parts are available for all Strike products. Reprinting fabrics is a cost-effective way to refresh your graphics for a rebrand, new campaign, or seasonal promotion without purchasing an entirely new setup.
