What size arch do you need?

Arch sizing is measured by the total width of the structure, not the walkway underneath — the legs take up space on both sides. A few rules of thumb from thousands of events:

  • 10' – 15' — Booth entrances, single-file trail finishes, indoor activations, tight courses. Fits through most doorways once packed.
  • 20' – 25' — The most common race size. Comfortable for a finish chute with timing mats and a photographer, and wide enough that a lead pack isn't bottlenecked.
  • 30' – 35' — Large road races, festival main entrances, arches spanning a two-lane street.
  • 40' – 50' — Marathon start lines, closed highway spans, stadium and speedway entrances, anywhere you need to clear vehicles.

How much does a custom inflatable arch cost?

Strike inflatable arches range from $1,440 for a 10' continuous air arch to $7,745 for a 50' double-sided podium arch. Full pricing for every size and style is listed on this page. Custom printing, design support, and the lifetime warranty are included — there are no artwork fees or setup charges.

What size inflatable arch do I need for a race?

Most road races use a 20' or 25' arch. That's wide enough for a finish chute with timing mats and a photographer without bottlenecking a lead pack. Trail races and narrow courses often work fine at 15'. Marathons and events spanning a closed road typically need 30' or larger.

What's the difference between continuous air and sealed air?

Continuous air arches run on a blower throughout your event — lighter, faster to set up, and less expensive, but they need power. Sealed air arches inflate once and stay up all day without electricity, which makes them the choice for remote courses. Continuous air also holds pressure better through temperature swings and minor punctures.

Is a blower included?

Yes. Continuous air arches ship with the blower needed to run them. For sealed air arches we recommend adding a pump to make inflation and deflation fast — pumps can be added to your order.

How long does production take?

Standard lead time is 2-weeks, with inflatable arches ranging from 12-24 days depending on the product size, artwork and order timing (what day of the week).

What fabric are Strike arches made from?

Coated 210D Nylon Oxford fabric is used for the external fabric for both our Continuous and Sealed air arches.

Can I put sponsor logos on the arch?

Yes, and there's no limit. Print as many sponsor marks as you can fit, in any colors. If you're selling logo placements, the podium styles add printed leg panels that give you significantly more sellable space.

How do you anchor an inflatable arch outdoors?

Arches anchor with ground stakes on grass or dirt, and with sandbags or water weights on pavement and indoor floors. Anchoring hardware ships with your arch. Always anchor all attachment points — an unanchored arch will move in wind.

Can inflatable arches be used in rain or wind?

Light rain is fine; the fabric is weather resistant and dries out. Sustained high wind is not — like any large inflatable, an arch should be deflated when conditions turn. Never leave an arch inflated and unattended overnight or in a storm.

Can I reuse the same arch for different events?

Yes. With proper care an arch lasts for years of regular use. If your branding changes, ask about a replacement skin for your existing arch — it's less expensive than a new kit.
