Why is the 50mm heavier than the 40mm?

Larger tube diameter, thicker metal walls — almost double the thickness — and heavier trusses and hardware throughout. The weight is the material that gives it the extra duty cycle.

Is the 50mm worth it for occasional use?

Probably not. If you're setting up a handful of times a year, a 40mm frame gets you the same printing, the same warranty, and a tent you can carry.

Should I get aluminum or magnesium at 50mm?

Same frame, same roof, same warranty. Magnesium is 18 lbs lighter at 10x10 for $195 more. Buy on how your crew handles it.

Can I get the 50mm in 15x10?

No — 15x10 is available in 40mm aluminum and 40mm magnesium only.

How long does it take to set up a Strike pop-up tent?

Most Strike tents can be set up by two people in 5-10 minutes without any tools. Our push-button release system makes deployment fast and intuitive, even for first-time users.

What's included with a Strike tent kit?

Every tent kit includes your custom printed canopy, the complete frame assembly, four ground stakes, and a wheeled carrying case. Walls, weights, and additional accessories are sold separately.

Can I print photos or complex graphics on my tent?

Yes. Our dye sublimation process reproduces photographic images, gradients, and detailed graphics with excellent clarity. There are no color limits—you can print anything from simple logos to full photographic wraps.

How do I choose between the 40mm and 50mm frames?

The 40mm frames (aluminum or magnesium) work well for most applications and offer a good balance of strength and portability. Choose the 50mm Heavy Duty if you'll be using your tent in high-wind areas, setting up frequently on rough terrain, or need maximum durability for rental or heavy commercial use.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Strike Visuals is proud to offer the only lifetime warranty in the industry for frames and hardware. We’ll cover any parts, we only ask that you cover shipping. We offer a 1-time warranty reprint of printed goods in case of fading or damage, a 1-time repair/replacement of damaged inflatables, and a 1-time repair/replacement of damaged accessories, such as rolling tent bags, power cords, and other ancillary items. How long will the printed graphics last?

With proper care, Strike tent graphics maintain vibrant color for 3-5+ years of regular use. Dye sublimation printing bonds the ink directly into the fabric fibers, so colors won't peel, crack, or fade as quickly as surface-printed alternatives.

Can I order replacement canopies for my existing frame?

Yes. Replacement canopies are available for all Strike tent sizes. This is a cost-effective way to refresh your graphics for a rebrand, new campaign, or seasonal promotion without purchasing an entirely new tent.

What surfaces can I set up a Strike tent on?

Strike tents work on virtually any surface. Use the included ground stakes on grass, dirt, or packed soil. For hard surfaces like concrete, asphalt, or indoor floors, use our plate weights or sand bags to secure the tent without ground penetration.
